Helping you find your dream home.
A Little About Me
I was born in Ohio but grew up in the Kalamazoo/Parchment area after my family moved here for my dad's job with General Motors. I have been married since 1988 and lived in the Stuart Historical Neighborhood. We recently built a new home. It was exciting to move into our new home but was very hard to leave our beautiful Queen Ann home with so many wonderful memories. While living in the Stuart Historical Neighborhood, my husband and I purchased rental property and, at one point, owned/managed 18 historical homes.
My husband and I have three children. Our oldest son is an Army Veteran, our daughter attends GVSU and our youngest son is high school student at K-Christian. I have a "chicken love" and currently own two Bantam chickens named Sweetie Pie and MaryLou. I am also a member of Northeastern Baptist Church.
I went to college for a teaching degree. Even though I didn't end up in a classroom, I feel like I am still a teacher -- teaching my clients how to buy and/or sell a home. I became a realtor in 2010 and enjoy educating buyers and sellers on all of the different aspects of the "moving parts" of buying and selling a home. I also work hard at continuing my own education so that I can be a better Realtor for the clients I am blessed to serve. I currently have received the following designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).
When I am not busy serving my clients, I love to garden, play with my pond/fish, mess with my chickens and hang out with family and friends.
I look forward to serving you in all of your housing needs!
